Trustpilot is seeking an experienced VP Product Management, Consumer & Trust, to have an integral part in shaping the future of our consumer product suite and Trust & Transparency initiatives. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, this leadership position will oversee a diverse team of 7 Product Managers, driving the strategic vision and execution of our consumer decision engine. What you’ll be doing:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute an evolving 3-year product strategy that aligns with Trustpilot’s vision of becoming the universal currency of trust. Lead the consumer product and Trust & Transparency teams to increase our value as a decision engine, facilitate engagement, and ensure our services meet consumers wherever they are.
- Product Innovation: Spearhead the development and implementation of new features and capabilities to enhance the consumer experience on Trustpilot. This includes improving the review flow, introducing video reviews, AI summaries, and contextual questions for reviewers, among others.
- Consumer Engagement: Implement gamification strategies and other engagement tactics to increase the volume and quality of reviews, reduce the time between reviews, and enhance the overall user experience. Develop features that support discovery, personalization, and mobile adoption.
- Market Expansion: Collaborate with commercial teams to identify and target high-value service verticals, driving acquisition and engagement in strategic markets, especially in the US.
- Team Leadership: Oversee and mentor a team of Product Managers, building a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability. Ensure your team is equipped with the tools and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize metrics and user feedback to guide product development decisions, measure success against strategic priorities, and continuously refine our product offerings.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with other department heads, including Marketing, Sales, and Content Integrity, to ensure product strategies align with company goals and market needs. Represent Trustpilot’s product vision in external forums and with key partners.
Who you are:
- Proven Leadership: Proven experience in product management experience, with several years in a senior leadership role overseeing consumer-facing digital products. Experience leading product teams in high-growth technology companies is desirable.
- Strategic Thinker: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute product strategies that drive growth, user engagement, and trust. Familiarity with the competitive landscape of review platforms and consumer decision engines.
- Consumer-Centric: Deep understanding of consumer behaviour online, especially in the context of e-commerce and review platforms. Experience with gamification, personalization, and mobile-first strategies.
- Technical Expertise: Solid grasp of current technology trends, product development methodologies, and tools. Experience with AI, machine learning, and data analytics is highly desirable.
- Collaborative Mindset: Advanced interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with high emotional intelligence, enabling effective collaboration and leadership across teams within the organization. Demonstrates the ability to understand and control emotions, building a positive work environment and leading through influence with awareness and adaptability.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using data to inform product decisions, measure performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Sales Development Representative – Asia Region (Mandarin Speaking)
Trustpilot is currently recruiting for an Account Development Representative to be part of our Account Development Representative team for the Asia region but based out of Melbourne, Australia.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that people around the world continue to see Trustpilot everywhere!
As an Account Development Representative, you will identify key accounts to target, engage them with tailored content, uncover their business/technical challenges, and position Trustpilot internally as the right solution for them.
You will proactively contact the various prospects (inbound and outbound) through phone, email and LinkedIn to generate leads that can be qualified and passed over to our Sales Executives to convert.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Be responsible for actively approaching potential new customers for Trustpilot by telephone, email and other channels.
- Research all inbound leads, discussing Trustpilot with the key stakeholders in these businesses.
- Research prospects and identify key stakeholders in order to generate interest and develop a good rapport within the Asian market.
- Set up demos and calls between prospective customers and the sales executives.
- Support our Sales Executives, who will work together with you to acquire new customers.
- Develop a high-quality pipeline for our sales teams via lead development and qualified sales opportunities.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
- Consistently reach and exceed key performance indicators including lead generation and qualified appointments on a monthly basis.
- Develop skills necessary for promotion to becoming a Sales Executive.
